things I've done:

St Lucia: near the border from Swaziland into South Africa I picke up a swazi family. The son had no passport so he sneaked into SA through the forest !! Lots of people hitchiking on the road and at the border, and kids with uniform walking on the road on the way to school. One thing here is that if you cannot afford a uniform, you cannot go to school ... Some are so poor that have ragged uniform but no shoes. All smile though, and the sun always shines !! It's a beautiful country !! In St. Lucia I went swimming at Cape Vidal, my first time in South Africa !! Later on I went for a run in this small pleasant village pretty much designed for tourists !!

Sodwana Bay: small beach full of white families with pickups and small black children selling handcrafts. Stayed in a swankey lodge and did two dives. The water was a wee cold, but it was very good. Saw lots of stuff, even a 2m long manta ray !! awesome !! if you step on it you will get electrified !! The sea was so rough though that I almost get seasick on the boat !!

now back in St Lucia to chill out and to go slowly to Durban to do some more wreck diving in two days time !!

cosas que he hecho hasta ahora:

St Lucia: cerca de la frontera de Swazilandia con Surafrica recogi a una famila swazi. El hijo no tenia pasaporte y se colo en el pais a traves del bosque !! Hay mogollon de gente haciando autostop en la carretera, y ninyos con uniforme yendo a la escuela. Una cosa aqui es que si no te puedes permitir uniforme no puedes ir a la escuela ... Algunos son tan pobres que tienen un uniforme supercutre (segunda o tercera mano) y no llevan zapatos. De todos modos siempre tienen una sonrisa a punto cuando pasas con el coche al lado !! Es un pais encantador !! En St. Lucia fui a nadar a Cape Vidal, mi primera vez en Surafrica !! Despues fui a correr en este pueblecin, majo pero claramente disenyado para turistas blanquitos !!

Sodwana Bay: una playa pequenya, llena de familias blanquitas con coches gigantes y ninyos negritos vendiendo figuritas hechas a mano por la playa. Me quede en un chamizo bastante lujoso y hice dos inmersiones. El agua estaba un pelin fria, pero estuvo muy bien. Vimos mogollon de peces, e incluso una manta de 2 metros !! alucinante !! si la pisas te electrocuta !! el mar estaba un poco agitado y casi me mareo en la barca !!

ahora estoy de vuelta en St Lucia para relajarme, tomar un pelin de sol (estoy blanco !!) y ir poco a poco para Durban para hacer alguna inmersion mas !!

todo fenomenal !!
